ODM-KENYA VS NARC-KENYA

Where r we heading to? Parties forming coalition, are we heading to a two party state? In my opinion, i think this is the best way bcoz having two strong parties will create a more democratic space.
Now we ve Narc-Kenya and ODM- Kenya, who is on top? There is nothing wrong wit havin the two parties, the issue here is who is the leader. As a young generation, we shuld vote out all the old guards for fresh, energetic young leaders. Do you know that 60% of Kenya's population are youths? We shuld take advantage of this. We are tired of being pushed in every direction.

Hey pple, what do you think?

FINALLY!!!! I have talked about this with my friends for so long, and not heard anyone else share this opinion. I totally agree with you, it's about time we voted in 'young blood' and got rid of the old school. Like Barrack Muluka said, our Ministers are just chamelions. They are playing and toying with us-everytime it's just the same lies they only come in different colours getting us all excited thinking it's something new only for them to revert to what they know best after being put in power.
True, the youth are a wooping 60% of Kenay's population and it's time we take matters into our own hands and do something about it.

Yeah baby girl, time has come for the youth not only to vote in young bloods but also to form a political party that will carter for their needs.

You may change the brand name 4rm KANU to ODM-Kenya or Narc to Narc-Kenya but u r still the old gudie who is corrupt n incompetent.

What we really need is a change of face!

At one time when Uhuru came back on the scene being backed by the Old man himself Moi, I thought that he would focus his campaign on the Youth. I think that any politician who goes with this tha right way and has the youth on his side, is sure to stick around for a long while.

We culd ve elected Uhuru, but he waz imposed on us by Moi...he waz a Moi project, hope he already knows this. He shuld shape himself n go it alone.

I think am a youth who's getting old very fast. I need to get like minded people in leadership so they can steer this lovely country somewhere, not some frucked out old men who cackle into microphones in the name of ministerial statements and speeches.

What saddens me is that they seem so sure that this youth for leadership agenda is not a threat to their ambitions, and I hear Moody Awori said in Naivasha the other day: 'look at the women, the can't elect one of their own'.

All we need to do is to put our votes together and come up with a voting block to shock them and their shaky coalitions away. Me thinks a website, many many blogs, youth radio stations, our 'vijana tugutuke' artistes, SMS and chain mail where guys will add the youthful aspirants from their regions will work some wonders. But this may be some fake prophecy (House of Yahweh style!!!)if we don't take it seriously.

This should start of as a protest once the Youth Fund money is embezzled as I expect it to be, now that some are demanding it be increased to Kshs 2 billion.

I totally agree with you Stiffys, we shuld build a website, targeting the youths....n choose one leader n campaign for him...n every constituency shuld ve a young leader!

Yes the youth should take a stand. But do you know if the youth decided to vote out all corrupt politicians from public and elective positions, then we would have a youthful government and parliament? Corruption is the issue and it is the current politicians who have perpetuated it. If the youth voted against corruption, then the elderly politicians would be shown the door.
